  Contact my buyer leads, sphere of influence, and past clients to find prospective buyers
  Promote your property at our Realtyland branch sales meetings
  Call residents and/or distribute 100-200 property flyers or postcards within neighborhood and/or other nearby area
  Hold open houses to enable potential buyers to view your property
  E-mail color property flyer to the top agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers
  Qualify prospective buyers to ensure they have the capacity to buy a home
  Show your property to prospective buyers
  Follow-up with the real estate agents who have shown your property for their feedback
  Review price based on agent input and market conditions.
  Update you on changes in the marketplace
  Provide an activities and results update at least once per week
  Provide feedback from buyers
  Obtain an acceptable contract on your property
