Maurice Rizzuto has performed real estate ethics training, is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, and subscribes to the following Code of Ethics. The National Association of REALTORS® is a national trade organization of real estate professionals including brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate. They are pledged to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.

The National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice establishes ethical duties that all REALTORS® agree to follow as a condition of their membership. These duties provide a high level of service and professionalism to clients/customers and are the key factor separating REALTORS® from all other real estate practitioners.
